Manager/Supervisor

The General Manager will have complete responsibility for the profit and loss of the facility. This will include the development of key performance indicators, budgets, standards, and ensuring accountability of the team. The General Manager will also collaborate closely with various departments on projects, new product developments, and review new equipment purchases.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a technical field preferred with at least 10 years of experience in food manufacturing.
