The firm is currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join our Audit and Accounting Services group in Vancouver! This individual will play a key role in our Public Company audit services team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Planning and preparing audit engagements;
• Leading engagement teams;
• Preparing corporate income tax returns,
• Mentoring and training staff;
• Working under tight deadlines, delivering quality work, anticipating and resolving client issues in a timely manner;
• Corresponding with partners, managers and clients; and
• Other duties, as assigned.

A successful candidate will have:

• CPA, CA or working towards a CPA designation; completion of UFE/CFE
• Public practice experience is required
• Experienced in Public Company Audits
• Superior people and client service skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Adept organizational and time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines
