PRACTICE AREA:
· Civil Litigation
· Multi-Plaintiff Litigation
· Sexual Harassment/Abuse

DUTIES:
· Pleadings
· Meet and Confers
· Discovery
· Document Review
· Variety of Motion Writing
· Depositions
· Court Hearings
· Trial preparations and everything in between

REQUIRED SKILLS:
· 6+ Years’ experience and good standing with the California State Bar
· Proven work experience in Civil/General Litigation
· Excellent Legal Research and Writing skills
· Significant experience conducting depositions
· Work independently with little supervision
· Overall organization and attention to detail are absolutely necessary
· Familiarity with Case Management Software
