The individual in question possesses extensive experience in the realm of cost estimation for water and sewer facilities, as well as industrial plants.
Specifically, this individual boasts a minimum of 10 years of experience within the heavy/civil construction industry. Furthermore, this individual possesses in-depth knowledge of the materials, equipment, and resources necessary for a diverse range of wastewater and water treatment projects.
These projects include transmission pipelines, pumping stations, desalination plants, and potability treatment facilities.

Qualifications:
1. 10 years of experience in HCSS estimating software for water and sewer treatment plants.
2. Experience in civil engineering and public works for water and sewer treatment plants.
