1. Five years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Estimator.
2. Knowledge of Bluebeam.
3. Membership in the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractor's National Association (SMACNA).
4. Familiarity with the California Mechanical Code (CMC).
