**Role Summary**

6 months contract - Hybrid with 2-3 days in office

The Training Content Developer is responsible for identifying and addressing the training needs
This position emphasizes the creation of comprehensive instructor-led lesson plans, eLearning modules, bulletins, and videos to facilitate blended learning experiences.

**Key Duties**
- Develop training content and solutions tailored for various front-line and contact center workgroups.
- Employ industry methodologies to draft and revise content deliverables (e.g., online course materials, job aids, classroom materials) according to approved content plans, ensuring strict adherence to established standards.
- Provide recommendations concerning design specifications, storyboards, and simulations.
- Conduct both informal and formal reviews with subject matter experts and relevant team members.
- Regularly report on project status, identify potential issues, and promptly notify management of any concerns.
- Address requests for content updates stemming from identified defects, product enhancements, or root cause analysis findings in order to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to internal customers.
- Take the initiative to aid in the ongoing improvement of content development processes and standards, proposing necessary changes to align with or exceed e-learning industry benchmarks.
- With minimal guidance from management, independently manage moderately complex projects, including timelines, content development, scriptwriting, video recording, and audio production.

**Job-Specific Skills, Experience, and Education Required**
- A minimum of two years of experience in adult learning principles and e-learning development.
- Proficiency in utilizing one or more eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond, or Canva.
- Experience in image and graphic creation and manipulation.
- Comprehensive understanding of various learning modalities and adult learning styles.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain adherence to project and individual schedules with minimal oversight.
- Capability to swiftly analyze the impact of developmental changes on a content development project and adjust workload as necessary.
- Skill in creating engaging and functional visual designs for both in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). - High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Articulate tools, including Rise 360, Storyline, and AI technologies.
- Experience in developing simulations, gamification design, and screencast recording.
