Responsibilities
As a valuable member of our team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting company and business interest valuation analysis.
- Working on economic damages assignments.
- Contributing to consulting projects that involve transfer price analyses across various industries.
- Leading teams and supporting clients in understanding the valuation of businesses for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and management planning.
- Managing client relationships and providing consultation on all aspects of the valuation process.
- Understanding, managing, and developing strategies to mitigate internal and external risks to maximize business results.
- Assisting with the management and direction of the MCC valuation department as the primary assistant to the valuation principal.
- Helping to manage, train, and develop staff.
Your role will be critical in ensuring that our valuation department operates efficiently and effectively. We look forward to having you on board.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
CPA License or Valuation-related credentials (ASA, ABV, CVA, CFA) preferred.
5+ years of business valuation related experience. Experience reviewing and preparing valuations for financial and tax reporting purposes.
