- Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Identify clients' life and financial goals, provide comprehensive reviews, and build long-term relationships.
- Proactively engage with prospects to build a sales pipeline and develop marketing plans to promote value
-added advice-based financial services.
- Plan and lead teams, including audit teams, meetings, client engagements, and fieldwork assignments, including budget and resource needs.
- Possess extensive knowledge of competitive offerings, market trends, economic conditions, and the regulatory environment.
- Regularly review client investment plans and identify additional asset-gathering opportunities.
- Attend client meetings, answer inquiries, and manage relationships to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
- Possess experience in investments, retirement planning, cash flow management, tax planning, and estate planning. - Participate in events to create brand awareness and develop, maintain, and cultivate community contacts to enhance agency visibility and maximize new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
- CPA and CFP Designation.
- 5+ years of post-designation experience.
