Manager/Supervisor
Position Summary: The Construction Superintendent is responsible for coordinating all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time. This role requires supervising trade and field personnel, maintaining high-quality standards, and enforcing construction safety practices. The Construction Superintendent oversees project progress, manages resources, and ensures successful project closeouts.
Project Understanding:
-Proficient in understanding project plans and specifications.
-Ability to coordinate and supervise various projects across multiple locations concurrently.
-Capability to self-perform tasks when necessary.
-Directs subcontractors to ensure projects are completed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
-Maintains construction schedule and resolves issues promptly.
-Responsible for mentoring and managing team members, emphasizing time management.
-Conducts weekly Foreman and safety meetings.
-Manages material orders and schedules inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
-Establishes and maintains partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
-Facilitates project schedule activities, including production tracking, planning, and procurement.
-Promotes job site safety and addresses potential hazards proactively.
-Analyzes workflows and processes to identify and resolve issues, enforcing quality control measures.
-Develops site utilization and logistic plans to optimize project efficiency.
-Encourages personal and professional development among team members.
Requirements: -Demonstrates integrity, motivation, leadership, and a willingness to learn.
-Experienced in managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
-Proficient in computer construction and scheduling software, as well as Windows applications.
-Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

The suitable candidate must have expertise in managing multiple projects and working with construction and scheduling software.
