Trusts, Estates & Fiduciary Litigation Associate Attorney
Required Qualifications:
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
Admission to the New York State Bar.
3-5 years of litigation experience, including:
Taking and/or defending depositions.
Appearing in court.
Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
Conducting legal research.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management, organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
Strong preference for candidates with Surrogate’s Court litigation experience and other contested proceedings concerning trusts, estates, and guardianships.
Knowledge of estate planning and administration is a plus.
