Summary of Responsibilities:
Professionalism:
- Manage assigned projects with a focus on financial oversight.
- Supervise and guide a team to uphold quality standards.
- Mentor less experienced staff through coaching and training.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with existing clients.
Technical: - Oversee complex tasks in areas such as audit, review, tax, and more.
- Uphold quality control throughout projects.
- Tackle special assignments with expertise.
- Apply specialized knowledge to address client-specific issues.
Interpersonal:
- Lead and allocate team resources effectively.
- Manage the financial aspects of projects.
- Responsively address client inquiries and feedback. Development:
- Stay updated with industry developments.
- Promote the firm's brand and consulting prowess.
- Foster productive client relationships.

Summary of Experience:
- 5+ years in public accounting.
Requirements:
- University Accounting degree.
- Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Proficiency in Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Strong tax knowledge.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Familiarity with accounting and tax software like Quickbooks, Caseware, Jazz-it, Tax Prep, and Simply Accounting.
