Service Plumbing Professional
Position Summary
The Service Plumber will work on various projects independently. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work diligently and professionally. The Service Plumber will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems, adhering to specifications and plumbing codes.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures.
Establish customer rapport and assist customers in making informed decisions.
Educate and assist customers with maintenance plans.
Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized service truck with inventory.
Keep accurate records of invoices and time spent on projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Age - 21+ years old (due to insurance requirements).
Valid Driver's License with a 5-year continuous clean record (no exceptions per insurance policy).
2+ years of residential/commercial plumbing experience.
Ability to work in outdoor elements and perform manual labor.
Willingness to learn, be respectful, punctual, and maintain consistent attendance.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, starting at 7:30 AM (end time varies).
